The land is situated on the edge of the village of Goosey, between Faringdon and Wantage in South Oxfordshire.

Lot 2 comprises two fields of permanent pasture located opposite the gateway to Lot 1 on Goosey Lane extending to 18 acres. There is direct road access to the land and it is fenced for cattle.
