THE FARMHOUSE
Constructed in around 1998, and formerly called Fox Covert Farm, the house has been enhanced and reconfigured. This is a house for entertaining. The glazed garden room has commanding views over the property’s approach, and opens into an impressive and vaulted engineered oak floored sitting room.

Double doors open into the under floor heated dining kitchen, fitted with a bespoke suite by Nathaniel Oliver of Oakham, with integrated ovens and fitted appliances, with a utility/boot room alongside.

The four bedrooms are all generous doubles. Bedroom two, with its adjoining family shower room and a study (which could be a fifth single bedroom) completes the ground floor accommodation. ANNEXE
There is a garage which has been converted to a annexe adjacent to the property. This is separated into two rooms one being living accommodation benefiting from a bathroom and then a a separate kitchen with a separate access. Planning permission was originally granted for the building to be used a training / class room.

ECO PODS
There are four log cabins located around the woodland offering short term accommodation for visitors and a diversified income. In addition enacted planning permission (ref 2016/0099/FUL) permits the erection of a log cabin, near the property’s equine ring and timber tepee platform in the woodland to the west of the house.

FARM BUILDINGS
There are three workshop, livestock and implement buildings to the south and west of the house. The principal 100’ five-bay steel portal framed building is well ventilated, with part breeze block walling, it would readily adapt for an equine American Barn. It also incorporates an office, kitchenette and board room suite at its western end, which is sound proofed. There are solar panels located on the roof of the building generating electricity.

The barn houses cattle throughout the winter with a portal milking system, to the rear is a pasteurising facility both of which will be removed prior to completion.

To the west lies a workshop, constructed from a steel frame, this could be used for a variety of alternative uses. The stable yard, to the east of the house, has stabling for two horses and two ponies, with tack facilities, this is presently used for housing cattle. There is a temporary structure on the land which is used for housing cattle over the winter months.
