TENURE
The land will be let on a Grazing Licence from 17th May 2025 to 15th September 2025. The land is not available for Basic Payment Scheme purposes.

RENT
The rent will be payable in one instalment, being payable on the signing of the Grazing Licence.

The land is situated 5 minutes from Newtown and can be accessed off the A489.
