Longcroft Farmhouse
The Georgian farmhouse has significant Victorian additions andis of traditional red brick construction under a tile roof and extends to about 2,895 sq.ft. (269 sq.m.). The farmhouse is approached from Longcroft Lane with a private driveway.

after approximately half a mile, as identified by the Fisher German For Sale board.

From the A38 take the B5016 (Station Road) through Barton under Needwood.
Continue along the B5016 after leaving Barton for approximately 1.5 miles before turning right onto Sich Lane. Continue along Sich Lane for approximately 1 mile before reaching Longcroft Lane. Turn left onto Longcroft Lane. Longcroft
Farmhouse and buildings will then be found on your right-hand side after
approximately a quarter of a mile, as identified by the Fisher German For Sale
board.
