Location

Description

The Bagots Park Estate is a diverse farming, sporting and residential estate in the heart of Staffordshire. Set within a ring fence and down a long private drive, the estate comprises a principal house, additional residential properties, productive farmland, two farm yards including commercial lets, a shoot and a large let forest. Surrounded by estate land, Park Lodge is the principal house, an attractive former hunting lodge built in a Gothic style, which currently serves as high end holiday and shoot accommodation. Park Lodge

Farming
The estate includes 810 acres of farmland, of which 758 acres is arable land. Comprising, in the main, clayey loams classed as Grade 3 on the agricultural land classification scale. In addition to which there is some 52 acres of permanent pasture.
