Location

The property is located on the edge of the rural hamlet of Drefelin, in a sheltered valley location, about 1½ miles from the main community of Drefach Felindre. This village has a primary school, hall, places of worship, general stores and sub post office, chip shop, public house and is home to the Welsh National Woollen Mill Museum. The market town of Newcastle Emlyn is about five miles and provides for further amenities including secondary school.
The stunning Ceredigion Heritage Coastline with its array of pretty sandy beaches is also within reach with beaches at Aberporth and Penbryn being about 13 miles away.
The larger shopping town of Carmarthen is also about 13 miles away providing high street name shops, national train services and the A48 M4 link road.

Description

A characterful, substantial former Woollen Mill, consisting of a five bedroom dwelling (could be divided into two units) with further old mill factory section used at present for general storage purposes & games room.
