The property extends in total to approximately 7.27 acres (2.94 hectares) and comprises a single enclosure of gently sloping permanent pasture, which features some steeper terraces that lead down towards a spring. To the south of the holding is a small stand of woodland, which we understand was planted in the early 1980's, and comprises of a mixture of species, including conifers, Poplar and Beech. The land is predominately enclosed with mature hedgerow boundaries with various mature hedgerow trees and some stock proof fencing.
