Detailed Description

Lot 1 lies to the south of the Cassington Road and is accessed via a short access road. Lot 2 lies to the north and is accessed directly off Cassington Road. The land comprising Lot 1 is level and attractive and the boundaries delineated by hedgerows and mature trees. Currently in arable production, the land would also be well suited to grazing.
