Manor Farm is located to the south of the popular village of Hornton in North Oxfordshire.

Manor Farm, Hornton is a productive arable farm split into three contiguous parcels and a separate arable holding at Alkerton.

Manor Farm comprises predominantly arable land an implemented planning permission for a five bedroom farmhouse with ancillary buildings, a 3 bedroom bungalow and farm buildings, arable, pasture and woodland extending to about 350.84 acres (141.98 hectares). This farm is split into three lots.

Land at Alkerton Crossroads comprises two modern farm buildings and arable land located on the edge of the village of Alkerton, set in about 152.05 acres (61.53 hectares).

Lot 1 – Manor Farmhouse
Enjoying an elevated position with views over the countryside, the site of the current 3 bedroom bungalow and farm buildings benefits from planning permission for demolition and replacement with a 5 bedroom farmhouse and outbuildings.

Development has commenced for planning purposes.

At present the site comprises a 3 bedroom bungalow built in the 1960s of brick and rendered brick construction, under a tiled roof. The bungalow is currently let on an AST.

Farmland

Lot 2 - Land at Manor Farm

The farm buildings were constructed in 2019/2020 in accordance with planning permissions 18/02214/F and 19/02006/F and have been used for the storage of machinery and grain, as well as the base for a farm shoot.

There is access to all fields from the public highway. The land is ring fenced and suited to modern farm machinery. All the land is down to arable with the exception of the area around the farm buildings.
