crossroads where a right turn is taken at the double mini roundabout
onto the B1029 signposted Brightlingsea. Continue, passing the church on
your right and entering the built
-up area of Brightlingsea. On the left is the
Colne Community School, immediately after this turn left into Bateman
Road which continues into Red Barn Road. At the Y junction bear left into
Robinson Road. Continue along this road bearing left at the fork and onto
Freelands with the entrance to the paddock on the right
– opposite the entrance
to Lower Farm where you will find the property indicated by the

From elsewhere in the Tendring Hundred follow routes to Brightlingsea
and continue into Red Barn Lane as above.
