Directions

From central Tunbridge Wells proceed south out of the town on Nevill Street/Frant Road (A267). Continue through Frant village before turning left onto the B2099 towards Wadhurst. Continue through Wadhurst High Street and the 30 mph restriction and remain on this road for about 1.1 miles, passing the turning to Stonegate on the right and then take the first left into Wards Lane. After about 0.75 miles, turn left at the T-junction (remaining on Wards Lane). After a further mile, at the bottom of a straight hill, turn right at the T-junction and, after approximately 100 yards, turn left round Beaumans Cottage, down the hill. Beaumans Farmhouse is the first house on the right, after about 300 yards.
