Lot 3 - Buildings & Land off A41 This Lot comprises two livestock buildings of concrete frame and steel portal frame construction with concrete flooring under a fibre cement roof. The land is mainly Grade 3 arable land extending to 62.65 acres (25.35 hectares), along with 17.39 acres (7.04 hectares) of pasture land.
