Detailed Description

The land forms part of H. M. Land Registry Title Number NK352370 and comprises a single, rectangular block extending in all to approximately 22.31 acres (9.03 hectares) or thereabouts of Grade 1 agricultural land. The land is bounded by Horsehead Drove to the north and by drainage ditches along each of the remaining boundaries. The soils are part of the Dowels soil association, characterised as stoneless clayey soils over peat. These soils are free-draining and well suited to a wide range of cropping.
